About this event

We are pleased to partner with Marquette University's Faber Center to present Our Roots Say that We’re Sisters: An Image of Hope, a virtual conversation with mural artist Mauricio Ramirez on Friday, February 12, at 10 a.m. on Zoom. Please join the online discussion as we reflect on the hope that art inspires, specifically with Ramirez’ mural Our Roots Say that We’re Sisters which is on the south exterior wall of the Varsity Theater (Holthusen Hall on the Marquette University campus). This program is part of Marquette University’s Mission Week, a celebration of the pursuit of knowledge, truth, excellence, faith, and service leadership. This year’s theme is Open to Hope.
